Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sukun Labs experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, email us at support@sukunlabs.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The shipping address used for the order

  • A brief reason for the return

Note: Do not send any items back to the manufacturer or our warehouses without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate US-based return address.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Change of Mind: For returns made due to buyer's remorse or ordering the incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, Sukun Labs will cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations Due to our automated fulfillment system designed for fast domestic delivery:

  • You can only cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

  • After this window, the order is already being processed at the warehouse and cannot be canceled. If you notice an error in your address or selection, contact us via email immediately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item and the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly through a replacement or a full refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items For health, safety, and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or installed.

  • Personal care, grooming, or health-related items once the seal is broken.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items marked as clearance or "Final Sale."

  • Gift cards.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay).

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times. If it has been more than 10 business days since your approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@sukunlab.com.
